越南断桥铝门窗刚起步，UPVC窗占主导

    尽管笔者之前已经做了充足的心理准备，但是看到眼前的景象还是吃惊不小：狭窄的街道、熙熙攘攘的摩托车流、寂静夜晚的路灯。如果说印度相当于十几年前的中国，这里则至少是二十年前的中国。这种时间的距离感，在为中国的门窗幕墙企业进军越南市场提供无限的可能和广阔空间的同时，也使得中国企业不得不思考一个问题：如何在这块处女地上获取更多的市场先机和份额?
    断桥铝门窗刚起步，UPVC窗仍居主导地位
    越南整个国家地处亚热带和热带，终年气候宜人，且昼夜温差不大，所以在这里目前能见到的最多就是简单的单玻铝窗和原始的木窗。普通家庭住宅如此，酒店学校亦是如此。近两年，随着经济的不断发展，街道两旁刚刚更新过的UPVC窗户逐步多了起来，新建的独栋别墅和连排别墅也大多以UPVC窗户为主，一些办公楼也换成了UPVC窗。在展会现场，笔者也看到，UPVC窗占据了显要位置，成为吸引客户的亮点。越南最大的本土UPVC生产商于2010年开始筹建，目前已经投产，在越南国内拥有200余家代理商。
    断桥铝窗户在越南还属于稀有产品，主要用于目前正在兴建的政府工程、公共项目及高级住宅项目;高档断桥铝门窗更是凤毛麟角;木窗、铝包木产品更是仅在越南当地最大门窗企业Eurowindow处可以见到。
    本土企业薄弱，建筑部品进口为主
    尽管越南的国土南北跨度很大，但是越南的国土面积(33万平方公里)实际上仅相当于中国的云南省(39.4万平方公里)。由于历史原因和改革开放较晚，越南的本土制造业不发达，门窗幕墙企业更是如此。建筑部品除玻璃(当地以低端的单玻为主)和胶(越南目前节能意识非常淡薄，本土只有一家大型的硅酮胶生产企业)之外，几乎全部依赖进口。
    UPVC产品比较常见的品牌有中国的大连实德、德国的REHAU和Kommerling，与之配套的五金产品可以见到G-U、ROTO、Winkhouse、坚朗、国强、联鑫等品牌。
    门窗幕墙深加工设备产品除了极为高端的市场由德国品牌叶鲁、FOM占据外，其余多是中国产品为主。山东的门窗幕墙深加工设备凭借其价格优势，在越南市场占据了非常重要的位置。
    潜力尚存，企业面临考验
    由于历史原因，越南人均住房面积严重不足。越南建设部长称，截止到2011年，越南的城市化率仅为31%，人均住房面积达18.3平米。2015年，越南将实现人均住房面积22平米，预计还需建设1000万平方米保障性住房。除此之外，很多的学校、医院、办公楼、厂房等配套建设也也为幕墙带来巨大的市场潜力。
    然而，越南国内经济危机四伏，通胀居高不下。2011年，越南开始实行房地产调控政策。越南政府实行紧缩的财政和货币政策，使金融机构收紧贷款，很多在建项目不得不延期或者停工。这在房屋买卖价格上已经有所体现：独栋别墅和连排别墅均价均有所下降;土地价格在越南各郡也在下降。
